Ok, I figured I would start off by making this (green) nice 3 column theme that I build for Green Hat SEO available to the public. The theme is clean and mean and does a pretty nice job of handling standard sized ads (ala 468×60 and 160×600 (or whatever 160 wide)).  It is green, but you can change that easily. I will try to get around to including a few different colored backgrounds so that you can easily change the look of your site.  There is a README.txt file included that should have you up and running in a matter of minutes.
